Tour Marketing Intern

Our team is seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Tour Marketing Intern to support our Touring team across live events and national tours.

This role will serve as a key assistant to the Touring team, helping execute marketing campaigns from initial announcement through show day. You will be hands-on in strategy, market research, community partnership development, communications drafting, project coordination, campaign tracking, and city-level promotion, gaining real-world experience in how successful tours are built and executed across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing tour marketing efforts across markets, helping execute city-level initiatives through show day
  • Conduct in-depth research on each touring market, including local media outlets, PR opportunities, cultural organizations, community groups, and potential brand or promotional partners
  • Identify and help cultivate relationships with community partners to support city-specific programs and integrations
  • Assist in developing and organizing community-driven initiatives tied to individual tour stops
  • Draft tour-related communications, including media outreach emails and distributions, partner messaging, city-specific announcements, and internal updates
  • Support basic project management by maintaining marketing timelines, campaign trackers, and individual city marketing plans
  • Help organize and execute on-site marketing activations and community integrations on show day
  • Maintain organized research documents, outreach lists, and activation plans to ensure smooth cross-team coordination
