Role Overview

The Editorial Intern supports The Round Table Group’s cultural storytelling by assisting with research and writing across our digital platforms. This role primarily focuses on written content, including artist spotlights, cultural features, and profiles.

Interns will research artists, events, and cultural trends while developing drafts that help tell stories across TRT brands and media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone interested in music journalism, cultural media, and storytelling within the South Asian and global diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft written content, such as artist spotlights, cultural features, and profiles
• Research artists, music releases, and cultural moments
• Develop article outlines and assist with draft development
• Revise content based on editorial feedback
• Support recurring editorial series and cultural coverage

Ideal Candidate

• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Interest in music, culture, and digital media
• Organized and comfortable working with deadlines
• Familiar with collaborative tools like Google Docs
