Accreditation Process:

At Kash Patel Productions, we value the contribution of media personnel in capturing and sharing the excitement of our events with a broader audience. To ensure a smooth accreditation process and facilitate media coverage, please follow the steps below:

a. Application Submission: All media interested in covering a Kash Patel Productions event must apply for media accreditation. Submit your application by the Accreditation Deadline Date through our official website or the designated media coordinator’s email address: [email protected].

b. Required Information: In your application, provide the following information: Full name and contact details (email, phone number, and address). Name of media organization or publication you represent (if applicable). Links to your portfolio or samples of previous event work. Specify the type of media coverage (photography, videography, press, letter of assignment from editor/producer, etc.)

c. Media Credentials:  Approved media personnel will be issued media credentials or a media pass for the requested Kash Patel Productions event. Wear your media pass visibly at all times during the event for easy identification.

d. Confirmation and Notification: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and details about collecting your media pass. You will also be notified via email in the event of a denial or any issues with your application.

e. Limited Availability: Due to the limited number of available media slots, we may not be able to accommodate every application. Early submission of your application will increase your chances of securing media accreditation.

f. Special Requests: Please include any special requests or specific requirements for media coverage (e.g., accessibility needs) in your application.

g. Check-in and Orientation: On the event day, please arrive at the designated media check-in area at the meeting time, as your confirmation letter indicates. You must attend the mandatory media orientation to receive important event updates and instructions.

Access and Restrictions:

At Kash Patel Productions, we want to ensure that photographers and videographers have the best opportunities to capture the essence of the concert while respecting the event’s organization and the comfort of all attendees. To maintain a smooth flow and adhere to safety guidelines, please follow these access and restriction guidelines:

a. Designated Media Areas:  Photographers and videographers will have access to designated media areas to capture shots of the performers. Please remain within these areas and avoid infringing on the stage or other restricted zones.

b. Media Pit Rules: The designated photo and video pit is for capturing images during specific time periods, typically the first few songs of each set. Once your allotted time in the photo pit is over, please exit promptly.

c. No Entry Zones: Respect areas marked as “No Entry” or “Off-Limits” to media personnel. These areas may include backstage, production areas, or artist dressing rooms.

d. Crowd Interaction: While photographing the concert from the audience area, please be considerate of fellow concert-goers. Avoid obstructing their view or causing disruptions.

e. Safety Considerations: For safety reasons, specific performances or acts may have additional restrictions on photography or require photographers to maintain a minimum distance from the stage. Please make sure you talk to your media contact in advance of the show to learn about any restrictions or limitations.

f. Prohibited Items: Please do not bring any prohibited items into the concert venue, as specified by event security or venue management, including tools with knives.

g. Professional Courtesy: Be mindful of other media personnel and their equipment. Refrain from obstructing their shots or interfering with their work.

h. Event Staff and Security Instructions: Follow any instructions provided by event staff or security personnel regarding access, movement, and safety.

i. Restricted Use of Telephoto Lenses: During the event, excessively long telephoto lenses that may hinder the views of other attendees are discouraged.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the access and restriction guidelines. By doing so, you contribute to creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for all attendees while capturing exceptional images. 

Equipment and Gear:

All photographers and videographers must adhere to the following guidelines regarding equipment and gear to ensure a safe and efficient media coverage experience.

a. Permitted Equipment: Approved equipment for covering a Kash Patel Productions show includes DSLR and mirrorless cameras, professional-grade lenses, and appropriate camera accessories.To expedite entry, ensure you submit an equipment list for approval before arriving at the event.

b. Tripods and Monopods: Tripods and monopods are permitted in designated media areas, subject to the approval of the event staff. When using tripods or monopods, avoid obstructing walkways and emergency exits or interfering with the audience’s experience.

c. Flash Photography:  To ensure an enjoyable experience for performers and the audience, all photographers must refrain from using flash photography during the event. Flash can be distracting and disruptive to the performers, potentially affecting the ambiance and overall atmosphere. Please rely on your camera’s low-light capabilities, adjust ISO settings, or use available natural or stage lighting to capture high-quality photos without the need for flash. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a visually immersive and uninterrupted concert experience for all attendees.

d. Additional Lighting: Unless previously approved, additional lighting equipment, such as external studio lights, is strictly prohibited.

e. Sound Recording Equipment: Sound recording equipment, including audio recorders or microphones, is only permitted with prior consent from Kash Patel Productions.

f. Drone Usage: Drone usage is strictly prohibited during any Kash Patel Productions event. Unauthorized drone operation poses safety risks and is against event regulations.

g. Baggage and Personal Belongings: Please always keep your photography equipment and personal belongings secure. Kash Patel Productions will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.

h. Equipment Testing and Preparation: Ensure that all photography equipment is adequately tested and prepared before the event to avoid disruptions during coverage.

i. Battery and Memory Card Management: Bring spare batteries and memory cards to guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Keep your batteries charged and your memory cards formatted and ready for use.

j. Equipment Identification: Label your photography equipment with your name and contact information for easy identification.

By participating as a photographer at a Kash Patel Productions event, you agree to comply with the equipment and gear guidelines outlined in this section. These guidelines aim to promote a safe and productive media environment while capturing the event’s memorable moments. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to these policies.

Behavior and Etiquette:

As a media representative covering a Kash Patel Productions show, you play an essential role in capturing the essence of the concert while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. We kindly request that all photographers adhere to the following behavior and etiquette guidelines:

a. Professional Conduct: Treat all event attendees, performers, staff, and fellow media personnel respectfully and courteously. Refrain from engaging in any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior that could hinder the concert experience of others.

b. Unobtrusive Shooting: During quiet or intimate moments of the performance, be discreet while capturing photos to minimize disturbances. Avoid obstructing the view of other attendees or interfering with the concert proceedings.

c. Cooperation with Event Staff: Follow the instructions and guidelines the event staff or media coordinators provide. Be responsive to any requests or directions from the event organizers. Respect areas that are off-limits.

d. Usage of Photos on Social Media: When posting photos on social media, please tag the official event accounts (venue), @kashpatelproductions, and artists.  Also, please use event-related hashtags (if applicable). #kashpatelproductions

e. Dress Code: Dress appropriately for a professional media environment. Offensive or inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited.

f. Alcohol and Substance Use: Alcohol or substance use that impairs judgment or behavior is strictly prohibited during the event.

Failure to abide by the behavior and etiquette guidelines may result in consequences as outlined in section 9 of this media policies sheet.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:

At Kash Patel Productions, we recognize and respect the intellectual property rights of all photographers and videographers covering the event. To ensure clarity on the ownership and usage of the photos taken during a Kash Patel Productions event, please read and adhere to the following guidelines:

a. Copyright Ownership: As a photographer or videographer covering a Kash Patel Productions event, Kash Patel Productions retains the copyright and ownership of all images captured during the event. You do not have exclusive rights to use, reproduce, or distribute photos.

b. Granting License to Kash Patel Productions: This agreement grants Kash Patel Productions and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for promotional and marketing purposes. The usage may include but is not limited to, digital assets, websites, social media channels, press releases, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials. All photos must be submitted to Kash Patel Productions within a specific allotted time frame and approved before use.

c. Proper Content Credit: Whenever Kash Patel Productions or its affiliates use content, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate credits. Your name or media organization will be included whenever possible. Please make sure you provide this information to us in advance.

d. Commercial Usage Restriction: You agree not to use the content taken at this Kash Patel Productions event for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kash Patel Productions. Commercial purposes include selling content to third parties, using content for advertising unrelated to Kash Patel Productions or licensing content for financial gain without proper authorization.

e. Third-Party Usage and Permission: If you receive requests from third parties, such as media outlets or sponsors, to use your photos, kindly direct them to Kash Patel Productions for permission and coordination.

f. Archiving and Future Use: Kash Patel Productions may keep an archived collection of media coverage for future reference.

g. Indemnification: As a media representative, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kash Patel Productions from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of all content in accordance with this policy.

By covering a Kash Patel Productions event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this section regarding intellectual property and usage rights. Your dedication to photography plays a crucial role in capturing the essence of the event, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these guidelines.

Photo Submission and Distribution:

We value media coverage of Kash Patel Productions events and appreciate the media personnel’s dedication to capturing the essence of the concert. To ensure a smooth process for photo submission and distribution, please adhere to the following guidelines:

a. Media Submission Process: All photographers and videographers must submit their photos within five (5) days after the event. Please send high-resolution content in a designated file format [e.g., JPEG] via email or a file-sharing platform]. Please label your content with your name and media organization to facilitate proper credit and identification.

b. Usage Rights and Copyright: Media personnel do not retain the copyright of content captured during the event. By agreeing to these policies, you grant Kash Patel Productions and its organizers and affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for promotional and marketing purposes in perpetuity. Proper credit will be given whenever possible.

c. Content Credit: Kash Patel Productions is committed to recognizing the talent and efforts of the media covering the event. Kash Patel Productions or its affiliates will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate content credits as per your submission information.

d. Content Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use any content you capture at a Kash Patel Productions event for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kash Patel Productions. This includes posting content to Getty Images, selling content to third parties, or using content for advertising purposes unrelated to the event.

e. Respect for Performers’ Rights: When capturing footage of the performers, please be mindful of their rights and considerate of their image and likeness. Avoid using images that could be considered unflattering or compromising without their explicit permission.

f. Unacceptable Content: We reserve the right to reject any submitted content that contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.

g. Ownership and Archiving: Kash Patel Productions and its organizers will archive media coverage for future reference.

Arrival at the event constitutes your unequivocal agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this section. We value your contribution to Kash Patel Production’s media coverage and thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the submission and distribution process.

Safety and Liability:

At Kash Patel Productions, the safety and well-being of all participants, including media personnel, are paramount. As media covering the event, you must adhere to the following safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for yourself, performers, event staff, and attendees:

a. Observe Venue Rules and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with and abide by any safety guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth by the venue management, including emergency exit locations, no-entry zones, and evacuation procedures.

b. Stay in Designated Areas: During the concert, remain in designated media areas or photo/video pits. Avoid obstructing walkways and emergency exits or interfering with the audience’s experience.

c. Respect Performers’ Boundaries: During the event, maintain a reasonable distance from the performers. Avoid excessive or intrusive behavior that could disrupt their performance.

d. Mind Your Equipment: Be mindful of your equipment to prevent accidental damage to property or equipment or harm to others. Kash Patel Productions and/or the venue are not responsible for property or equipment damage or harm to others caused by property or equipment. 

e. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Media personnel may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as earplugs, face masks, or safety vests.

f. Report Hazards and Concerns: If you notice any safety hazards or have concerns during the event, promptly report them to the event staff or designated media coordinator.

g. Liability and Insurance: As a media representative, you are responsible for your safety and equipment. Kash Patel Productions and its organizers will not be liable for personal belongings, injury, loss, theft, or damage.

h. Indemnification: By participating as a media representative, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kash Patel Productions and its organizers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your actions or conduct during the event.

Media personnel are required to adhere to the safety guidelines mentioned above. Failure to comply with these safety rules may result in consequences as outlined in section 9 of this media policies sheet.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all involved.  Let’s work together to capture the best moments of the concert while ensuring the well-being of everyone present.

Non-Compliance Consequences:

We take adherence to our media policies seriously to ensure our events’ safety, enjoyment, and success. Failure to comply with the following guidelines may result in one or more of the following consequences:

a. Verbal Warning: In cases of minor violations or misunderstandings, a verbal warning will serve as a reminder to adhere to the media policies. Repeated offenses will result in prompt removal.

b. Removal from Designated Areas: In more severe cases of non-compliance, personnel will be asked to leave the designated shooting areas and return to the general public.

c. Revocation of Media Credentials: Repeated violations or breaches of our media policies will result in the immediate revocation of media credentials.

d. Exclusion from Future Events: Chronic or egregious non-compliance with our media policies may result in exclusion from future events.

e. Legal Action: In extreme cases of misconduct, disrespect, or intentional damage to our reputation or the event, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the photographer.

Please note that any decisions related to the consequences of non-compliance will be at the discretion of the event organizer and their appointed representatives.
