Mission Task

1. Find your city below.
2. You will see two (2) folders. One to document locations and notes about your flyering efforts, and the other to upload the photos.
3. You can distribute the flyers in restaurants, grocery stores, temples, dance schools, universities, art academies, clothing stores, community centers, and other South Asian businesses. 
4. The Kash Krew information guide explains how to distribute flyers at various places. The guide provides you with detailed information and specific steps for completing this mission. It is also on the Kash Krew portal homepage.

5. Your task is to distribute flyers at various South Asian businesses by posting them on doors or bulletin boards and placing postcards at checkout counters for staff to hand out with takeout orders or to give directly to customers, and reporting on it.
6. Be sure to introduce yourself when reaching out to any business. Detailed information on how to introduce yourself is provided in the Kash Krew information guide. 
7. Once you have posted the flyers and placed them in the designated areas of your chosen location, be sure to take photos of every location where you posted the flyers and left the postcards. 
8. Then update your team spreadsheet with all relevant details, including the location name, address, website, email, contact person, date, team member (your name), and notes about your experience.
   1. Refer to the example sheet for guidance on displaying flyers effectively. 
   2. Upload your photos to the photos folder under your name so it will be easy for us to distinguish your work from others.
9. If there is no folder with your name to upload photos, please email your name and city to [email protected], and she will create one for you. 
10. Please upload photos according to this naming convention.

11. To complete this mission, you need to visit, post, and thoroughly report on at least 10 locations. Each location should have approximately 10 photos – don’t be shy with the photos.  If you put flyers on cars, walking up to a restaurant or store, please take a photo of the cars you flyer.  If you are flying with a friend, please take photos of both you and your friend flyering.

Please note: If you are attending and flyering an event, that counts as a location and should be documented in the same way.
