On Saturday, July 23, 2022, legendary Indian composer and one of the highest-selling artists in the world, A.R. Rahman, kicks off his full U.S. and Canada tour at Oakland Arena.  This 23-date tour has been years in the making due to the recent pandemic, but fans eagerly awaited his return as his rescheduled dates are currently selling out nationwide.

This tour is just another step for A.R. Rahman along his creative journey. Already in possession of two Grammy Awards, two Academy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, four National Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards, and thirteen Filmfare Awards this talented artist continues to expand in the arts even writing and directing a new Indian Virtual Reality film set to come out this year.
